Shinji Honda is a Principal based in Grove’s Tokyo office. He is responsible for developing, with the support of third-party advisors, optimal legal and tax structures for platforms and transactions in Japan.

Prior to joining Grove in 2004, Mr. Honda worked at Arthur Andersen/KPMG for four years in the firm’s M&A Tax Advisory Group, and prior to that at Nippon Steel in the firm’s legal and tax department in Japan and Asia.

Mr. Honda received a Law degree from Hitotsubashi University.
