Grove International Partners is a global real estate private equity business that commenced as a team in 1999 and was established as an independent firm in 2004. Grove’s team of approximately 20 professionals operates from offices in New York, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, and Tokyo, providing the team with direct access to the markets in which they invest.

Grove formed and advises five private equity funds (including two co-investment funds) which invest in real estate related businesses throughout the world. Through these funds, Grove manages $5 billion of capital on behalf of a diverse group of more than eighty investors, including public and private pension funds, endowments, foundations, financial institutions, funds-of-funds and high net worth individuals from North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.
